楼主更新一下，又来一刀：2027 年 1 月 17 日起，Rogers / Fido 账单用信用卡付要收 1.6% 手续费，Auto-Pay 和单次付款都收。这是 Rogers 公司的新规，官方页面没写 Rogers 自家的卡能豁免。

不收的付款方式：银行账户自动扣款、网银付款、支票、Rogers 礼品卡、预付卡、Visa Debit、Debit Mastercard。魁北克用户、Connected for Success 等特定套餐、迁移过来的原 Shaw Mobile 套餐也不收。
对 World Elite 的影响：11 月 18 日起付 Rogers 账单返 5%，扣 1.6% 净约 3.4%（付款明细里还列了适用税费，如果手续费另外计税会再低一点）。还是比银行账户付（0%）和 2% 卡强，有这张卡的继续用它付。
用别的信用卡付 Rogers / Fido 账单的：1 月 17 日前改成银行账户或 Visa Debit 自动扣款，省 1.6%。
5% 刚给上，1.6% 就收回去，等于 Rogers 账单的真实回报是 3.4%。大家打算继续用卡付还是改银行扣款？
